REFUNDS 

All sales are final, there will be no refunds given unless certain conditions apply.

Exchange only (Please see Exchange Policy below). 


EXCHANGES 

-In-Store Purchases - We have a 7 day exchange policy for in-store purchases, which means you have 7 days from your purchase date to process your exchange in store with the original receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging if applicable. *Other exclusions will apply.

-Online Purchases - We have a 10-day exchange policy for online orders, which means after receiving your item(s) you have 10 days to request an exchange. This exchange can also be done in-store if you are local. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging if applicable. *Other exclusions will apply.

-Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be exchanged.

 

          *Exclusions

We will not exchange any product:

That has been used/worn/washed

That has an unpleasant smell

That has any deodarant stains or smells like perfume/oils

That was damaged through no fault of ours

Please do not ship back any items until you've spoken to a customer service representative from Hayaa Outlet.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to have the new item sent to them.


If your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

DAMAGES/ DEFECTS

All items are inspected before being sold in store or shipped for online orders. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

IF the item(s) are damaged or defective, Hayaa Outlet will take responsibility for the shipping charges to return the item and to have the new item shipped back to the customer. 

IF we find that there is no defect or damage with the item, the customer will be responsible for reimbursing the return shipping costs to Hayaa Outlet. They will also be responsible for the shipping charges for any new item(s) being sent to them as an exchange.
